Harvesting Long Pepper

How to Dry 
 
1. Harvest whole spikes. 
 
2. Lay in a single layer in a warm, dry, well-ventilated space. 
 
3. Dry until completely firm and darkened. 
 
4. Store whole in an air-tight container.
